Our Story
We Started BSS Because Families Deserved Better
Behavior Supports and Solutions was founded by Richard Robles, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a passion for serving families who had been underserved or overlooked by other providers. Driven by the belief that every individual with autism deserves compassionate, evidence-based support — at every age, in every environment — Richard built BSS from the ground up to fill the gaps that others leave behind.

Why Richard Built BSS
Richard started Behavior Supports and Solutions after years of working in the field and seeing the same story repeat itself: families struggling to find consistent, compassionate ABA services that actually fit their lives. Too many providers focused on compliance over connection, or stopped serving clients once they aged out of early intervention.
He founded BSS to do things differently — building a practice grounded in naturalistic, family-centered care that follows clients from early childhood through adulthood. Every decision at BSS, from how treatment plans are written to how families are supported, reflects that founding vision.

Krista brings a warm, naturalistic approach to ABA therapy. She specializes in designing individualized treatment plans that meet each client where they are and help them grow in meaningful ways.

Rachel is dedicated to helping families build confidence and consistency at home. She works collaboratively with caregivers to ensure strategies are practical, effective, and sustainable.
