Send Your Documents
Email your child's autism diagnosis, insurance card, and any prior evaluations to [email protected]. The sooner we receive them, the faster we can begin.
Insurance Verification
We verify your insurance coverage and walk you through what's covered — no surprises.
Schedule Your Assessment
We'll schedule an initial assessment to build a personalized treatment plan for your child or loved one.

- Autism diagnosis or evaluation report
- Front & back of insurance card
- Child's birth certificate or ID
- Any prior therapy records (if available)
